It was perfectly fine in general: new-fashioned room, absolutely perfect location very close to centre of French quarter, many restaurants with good prices and most areas. Our stay here was REALLY GOOD, we recommend.
Nothing, all was good. It met expectations.

Our stay in Hanoi was very nice. The location of the homestay was great for us as it was a short walk to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, good restaurants, and the railway station. The room had an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a work desk, which worked great for us. The place was reasonably clean, and we can recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! the staff was super friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips for exploring Hanoi. the location, although not in the center of the city, was in a trendy and clean part of town with great food and boutiques. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and we loved that it was only a short 15-minute walk to the old quarter.
Felt very comfortable, nothing to complain about.

My stay at Hanowood Homestay was exceptional. The staff, particularly Tony, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He assisted with tour bookings, bike rentals, and even airport transportation, all at very competitive prices. I never felt like I overpaid for anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere. I also enjoyed the common area, equipped with a large screen TV and a wide selection of books. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in Vietnam. With two balconies to myself, I truly felt like I had my own little retreat. Despite the entrance being a bit hard to find initially, the location was convenient, within walking distance of the city center. I highly recommend Hanowood Homestay for anyone looking to explore Hanoi and its surroundings.

The hosts at the hotel were exceptional. They were incredibly kind and took great care of us during our stay. They spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. The hotel itself was a beautiful old building with authentic French colonial architecture. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt at home during our time there.
There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The door to the balcony was a bit tricky to open and close, and the shower hand in the bathroom didn't work properly.
